The run up to Christmas has completely flown this year, and I’ve still got a
tad lot more presents to get, never mind begin to wrap! I have, however, started to enjoy the festivities. One highlight was attending the JD women’s Christmas Party at the stunning Hotel Gotham in Manchester, last week; who doesn’t love a good old Christmas party?! With bubbles flowing generously, photographers snapping away and a fab singer belting out the Christmas classics on arrival, I knew it was going to be a fab event. It was also lovely to both meet and catch up with fellow Manchester based bloggers.
Arriving at the Hotel’s private members bar, Club Brass, the lovely team at JD women were on hand to show us their latest athleisure range forming part of the their #undisputedchristmas campaign; from retro baseball Fila t-shirts to on-trend footwear, JD are killing it in the women’s fashion department right now. The talk quickly turned to our favourite picks from the range: what items we just had to have for the gym and which we would happily wear 24/7 (adidas NMD, I’m looking at you).
Filling out our Christmas wish lists courtesy of JD was so much fun. I felt like I was 7 years old again making my list to Santa from the Argos catalog 🙂 It also served as an opportunity to get some inspiration for Christmas gifts as I was struggling with knowing what to get for my Sisters this year. My favourite items from the range, aside from the NMD’s, included the gym wear by Pink Soda which is super cute and affordable – I definitely need to be better at getting my butt down the gym and what better way than buying new gym gear as inspiration. Amiright? – as well as these gym legging from Adidas, but I pretty much adore the entire Adidas collection and picked out an Originals classic zip up hoodie to put straight at the top of my Christmas wish list.
^If you’re in the same boat and still have a few last minute gifts to get, why not check out the range at JD sports, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Or, perhaps just start window shopping for those purchases you’ll make in the new year.
Let me know what your favourite items from the collection are in the comment section below.
Merry Christmas! x
